ice falls to record low at both poles

the US and Europe, the extent of sea ice in the Arctic Ocean has set new
record lows due to global warming. Ranging from the Arctic that expands to
the greatest limit to the North Pole that apparently reached the annual
maximum limit. Ice covering 14.42 million square kilometers (5.57 million
square miles), 97,000 square kilometers less than the previous lowest maximum
occurring February 25, 2015. then in Germany, scientists at the University of
Bremen published similar findings. Their data show that the ice covering
14.49 million square kilometers (5.59 million square miles) of February 22
almost the size of Russia, fractionally smaller than the low winter before
14.58 million square kilometers set last year in the satellite record comes
back to 1970 .

1. The film has offended social conservatives for making LeFou, sidekick to villain Gaston, the first openly gay character in a Disney film. Homosexual activity is illegal in Malaysia under both secular and religious laws. It is punishable by a prison sentence or corporal punishment. Gay characters can be shown in films, but only if they are portrayed negatively or repent. The film's director, Bill Condon, has said Le Fou "is confused about his sexuality" and that the film shows a brief "gay moment". On Monday, Disney said the release was being delayed in Malaysia for a "review" of its content, without giving further details. Malaysia's Film Censorship Board later said the film had been approved, after the scene was cut. It was given a P13 rating, requiring parental guidance for children under 13. "It is only one short scene but it is inappropriate because many children will be watching this movie," chairman Abdul Halim Abdul Hamid told Associated Press. But Disney said in a statement to reporters on Wednesday that it would be making no such cuts and was postponing the release. It is unclear whether it will now be released in Malaysia.
2. The live-action remake of the classic animation makes LeFou, villain Gaston's sidekick, the first openly gay character in a Disney film. A board member at the National Cinema Company, which operates most of Kuwait's cinemas, said an edited version might be screened later this week. Disney is yet to comment on the move. But the National Cinema Company - which runs 11 of the 13 cinemas in the predominantly Muslim country - contacted those who had tickets to see the film on Monday to say the screenings had been cancelled. It cited "unforeseen difficulties" and promised a full refund. Board member Duaij Al-Khalifa Al-Sabah told the Associated Press news agency: "We were requested to stop the screening and further censor the movie for things that were deemed offensive by the Ministry of Information's censorship department." The film's "exclusively gay moment" earlier led to censors in Malaysia requesting edits, but Disney pulled the film from release there. A drive-in cinema in the US state of Alabama has also cancelled screenings of the film.
3. The head of Malaysia's Film Censorship Board, Abdul Halim Abdul Hamid, told the Associated Press on 15 March that the scene in question was "inappropriate because many children will be watching this movie". The board asked for cuts - something Disney rejected. Local distributors then asked the board to review the decision to block the film. The move had also sparked ire on social media and the tourism minister, Seri Nazri Aziz, had said banning the film was "ridiculous". There was no immediate comment from the board on the apparent reversal. Beauty and the Beast has also raised hackles elsewhere. In neighbouring Singapore, where sex between men is technically illegal, the Anglican Church has issued a warning to parents over the film. In Russia, it has been given a 16+ rating and, most recently, it has also been pulled from Kuwaiti cinemas.

1. The Yorkshire Cosplay Convention welcomed more than 3,500 fans dressed as people from the world of sci-fi, comics, game and film. The celebration, which is now it in eighth year, took place at the Magna Science Centre in Rotherham, as BBC Look North's Cathy Booth reports.
2. Cosplay has been one way in which Myanmar's young people have sought to define themselves in a radically different world to that of their parents. Cosplay encourages participants to leave their everyday selves behind, often taking on the look of a favourite character from video games, anime or cartoons. Modern cosplay culture began in Japan, from where many participants took their stylistic cues. The recent festival - the eighth to be held in Myanmar - gave participants a chance to show off their costumes and to participate in choreographed dances. After months of preparation for some, participants applied the finishing touches to their look at the venue, part of Hlaing University in Yangon. While the first day resembled a nervous school dance, by the second day the building was awash with brightly coloured outfits and cartoonish fake weapons. The event brought together a mix of people of different ages and genders, some of whom switched gender roles in their costume - a common practice in cosplay and a nod to the free expression cosplayer feel it encourages. The cosplay subculture is something that would once have been hard to imagine in what was once one of South East Asia's most repressive countries, and which is still amongst its poorest. Though still in its infancy, the growing cosplay community in Myanmar offers fans a space they can call their own, where many normally strict social rules do not apply - the antithesis of the decades of control and isolation the country has seen. Even cosplay samurai need social media, something which has helped spread the subculture in Myanmar and around the world.
3. The weekend-long event celebrates films, gaming, comics, anime and TV. Celebrities attending the show at the Exhibition Centre include Flash Gordon's Sam J. Jones. David Soul, Paul Michael Glaser and Antonio Fargas from Starsky and Hutch are also there with their famous car - the bright red Ford Gran Torino. Chris Barrie and Danny John-Jules from Red Dwarf and Dr Who's Peter Davidson are also making guest appearances. Fans also dressed as characters from popular Japanese animation - or anime if you're down with the kids. The two-day convention at the Exhibition Centre brings together pop culture fans to celebrate movies, gaming, comics, anime and TV. Thousands of people of all ages are expected to attend the show.

Your
Name is about Mitsuha Miyamizu, a high school girl, yearns to live the life
of a boy in the bustling city of Tokyo, a dream that stands in stark contrast
to her present life in the countryside. Meanwhile in the city, Taki Tachibana
lives a busy life as a high school student while juggling his part-time job
and hopes for a future in architecture. One day, Mitsuha awakens in a room
that is not her own and suddenly finds herself living the dream life in
Tokyo, but in Taki's body! Elsewhere, Taki finds himself living Mitsuha's
life in the humble countryside. Their soul is changing. In pursuit of an
answer to this strange phenomenon, they begin to search for one another.
Unfortunatley, when they finally can come back to their own body, they forgot
each other. Mitsuha forgot about Taki, and Taki as well. But, there is still
a miracle, one day, they meet again though in a state they didn’t remember
each other. They just though that they have met before.

Promise is about the love triangle between a brilliant medical student
Michael and beautiful dance instructor Ana. Their shared Armenian heritage
sparks an attraction that explodes into a romantic rivalry between Michael

will choose Your Name movie, so if I become a cameo on that movie, I’ll
become a time angel that observing Mitsuha and Taki. When Mitsuha and Taki
are coming back to their own body and they meet each other by passing each
other but cannot remember who he/she are, just feel familiar, I still will
observe them in one month. If in that one month they still cannot realize
something to remember each other, as a time angel that had a job to keep&take human’s memory, I’ll erase their memory forever. So they have to start their
live to know each other in zero.
